Titus Sharpe / Founder & CEO
Titus is CEO and Co-Founder of MVF. He has a passion for starting internet companies and MVF is his third successful venture. Titus is dedicated to raising the profile of UK tech and nurturing young talent, as well as creating an inspiring and exciting place to work for all his employees. Titus is a Fulbright Scholar and holds a first class degree in Artificial Intelligence.
Michael Teixeira / CFO
Michael is Chief Financial Officer of MVF and is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with KPMG. Prior to working with MVF Michael held management positions in the finance functions of a number of fast growing companies in different industries, including Aldermore Bank, Euroclear/CRESTCo, Ogier LP and Schroders.
Tom Morgan / Founder & Chief Revenue Officer
Tom is a Co-Founder of MVF and responsible for all revenue generation processes across the company. Prior to MVF, Tom was Managing Director at several internet businesses including EDR, the UK's largest email agency and Affiliate Future, a leading international Affiliate Network. Tom was part of the senior management team at TMN Group that later became Progressive Digital Media Group Plc.
Jules Hopkinson / Founder & Projects Director
Jules is Projects Director and Co-Founder of MVF. Jules was previously CEO and Co-Founder of Moodia Ltd, and founded Approved Index with Titus before launching MVF.
Peter Rigby / Chairman
Peter is Chairman of MVF. He has extensive experience in the B2B sector and spent thirty years with Informa before leaving in 2013. In his role as CEO he grew the company dramatically to a value of £3 billion by his exit.
Michael Black / Non Executive Director
Michael is Managing Partner of Bridgepoint Development Capital, a partner of Bridgepoint and a member of the firm's Group Board and joins MVF as a Non-Executive Director.
Robin Lawson / Non Executive Director
Robin is a Director within Bridgepoint Development Capital with specific responsibility for activities in Technology. He joined Bridgepoint in 2007 and now joins MVF as a Non-Executive Director.
Andrew Harkness / COO
Andrew is responsible for overseeing MVF’s marketing operations ensuring that all departments work as efficiently and effectively as possible. Prior to joining MVF Andrew was Operations Director at leading digital media agency Net Media Planet.
Amanda Nuttall / Talent Acquisition and Development Director
Amanda is in charge of MVF’s talent management division; ensuring that every stage of the company’s internal and external recruitment process is perfectly streamlined. Amanda has a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, having founded and managed her own recruitment consultancy firm for over six years. An avid cyclist, Amanda has spearheaded several of MVF’s new sports clubs for employees.
Jackie Drabble / HR Operations Director
Jackie works alongside Amanda to coordinate HR policies and oversee employee relations throughout MVF. She has extensive experience in all aspects of HR having worked for several years as an independent consultant; advising on policies, restructuring and contracts for a number of commercial companies.
Amy Catlow / Publishing Director
Amy heads up MVF’s digital creatives and is responsible for strategising web content and PR campaigns for all brands. Amy first worked with MVF’s CEO Titus Sharpe for Approved Index back in 2004 as Communications Manager. In 2009 Amy won the Vodafone World of Difference award to work with esteemed educational charity READ International as a Data Analyst.
Bjorn zellweger / B2B Managing Director
Bjorn directs MVF’s B2B sales division across 19 countries around the world. Bjorn was one of the first employees at founding brand Approved Index, where he headed up the company’s sales team. In 2009 Bjorn completed an MBA in Business and Management at the prestigious Imperial College London before joining MVF in 2010.
Daniel Tobin / Commercial Director
Dan is responsible for calibrating the sales and marketing processes for all the MVF brands, and ensuring that each team adheres to best practice to maximise performance. Dan was part of the founding team at Approved Index and has abundant experience in lead generation. He joined the MVF team in 2009 and has led several of the key growth areas of the business.
David Walton / Founder & CTO
David is CTO at MVF. Prior to working with MVF, David was lead programmer at Moodia, one of Britain's leading website optimisation firms. He has also worked as a Senior Analyst at BP working on their credit risk systems. David's software engineering career began in 1997 working with online companies such as FramFab (Now LBi), LastMinute.com, Buildonline.com, PeopleCube.com and OxbridgeJobs.com.
Nick Belcher / Market Research Managing Director
Nick joined MVF at the start of 2012 from Reed Business Information (RBI), where he was Managing Director for several lead generation and performance marketing brands. He is responsible for one of MVF’s leading B2C brands and oversees a team spanning PPC, Email, SEO and Affiliates. Nick has extensive experience of building and scaling sales and marketing operation. He holds a Master's degree in analytic and cognitive philosophy from the University of Nottingham.
Simon Martin / Global Sales and Marketing Director
Simon is Global Sales and Marketing Director. Prior to MVF he spent 9 years at Experian, latterly as a Managing Director in Marketing Services. Simon had earlier roles in data and software businesses including two trade sales. Simon holds a 1st class degree in IT and Marketing.
Simon Venturi / Founder & Technical Director
Simon is Technical Director and a Co-Founder of MVF. He ensures the smooth running of the Consumer Offers division and provides guidance to all of the tech teams across the company. Prior to MVF he was a senior developer at Moodia and has also worked in development teams at Marks & Spencer, Burston Marsteller and The London Stock Exchange amongst others. He holds a first class degree in Computer Science, Psychology and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Nottingham.
