Amanda Nuttall / HR Director
Amanda is HR Director of MVF. She has a wealth of experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, working for the likes of SThree, Monster and EMI Music. Before joining MVF, Amanda was running her own consultancy for 6 years, advising organisations on their recruitment and talent management strategy and providing a resourcing service.
Amy Catlow / Director of Publishing
Amy is Director of Publishing. Before joining MVF in 2010 she worked as Communications & Finance Manager for Approved Index, and in 2009 won the Vodafone World of Difference Award to work with start-up educational charity READ International as a data analyst. Amy read English & Philosophy at the University of Nottingham.
Bjorn zellweger / Market Places Director
Bjorn joined MVF in 2010 to head up lead generation markets in Germany and France and is now responsible for MVF's Market Places division, which specialises in multilingual lead generation campaigns in over 15 different countries in a range of industries. His expertise lies in online B2B marketing and new venture development. Bjorn was one of the first employees of Approved Index, the UK's largest B2B lead generation firm, where he headed up the sales team. After Approved Index was acquired by Reed Business Information (RBI) in 2008, Bjorn worked for RBI as senior business development manager. He holds an MBA from Imperial College London majoring in Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital.
Daniel Tobin / Market Places Director
Daniel has over 8 years’ experience in online marketing. He specialises in launching and developing lead generation businesses that achieve rapid growth. He was a member of the founding team of Approved Index and later became senior business development manager at Reed Elsevier. He joined MVF in 2009 and has founded several of the key growth areas of the business.
David Walton / CTO
David is CTO at MVF. Prior to working with MVF, David was lead programmer at Moodia, one of Britain's leading website optimisation firms. He has also worked as a Senior Analyst at BP working on their credit risk systems. David's software engineering career began in 1997 working with online companies such as FramFab (Now LBi), LastMinute.com, Buildonline.com, PeopleCube.com and OxbridgeJobs.com.
Jules Hopkinson / Projects Director
Jules is Projects Director and Co-Founder of MVF. Jules was previously CEO and Co-Founder of Moodia Ltd., a web agency that specialised in website optimisation. During his time at Moodia, and with Titus, Jules co-founded Approved Index, an online marketing company that became the UK's largest B2B lead generation firm. Prior to Moodia Jules worked for Ernst & Young as an IT Consultant.
Matthias Pleyer / Paid Marketing Director
Matthias is Paid Marketing Director at MVF. He has previously worked as Media Planner in Vienna, Austria, and in various Online Marketing roles in innovative web companies. He has a passion for all things web as well as the international outlook at MVF Global. Matthias' background is in traditional media: He has worked at the Verlagsgesellschaft Madsack, north-Germany's leading publisher of daily newspapers. Matthias also studied linguistics, literature and media at the Universities of Leipzig (Germany) and Vienna (Austria).
Michael Teixeira / CFO-COO
Michael is Chief Financial/Operations Officer of MVF and is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with KPMG. Prior to working with MVF Michael held management positions in the finance functions of a number of fast growing companies in different industries, including Aldermore Bank, Euroclear/CRESTCo, Ogier LP and Schroders.
Nick Belcher / Director of Consumer Offers
Nick joined MVF at the start of 2012 from Reed Business Information (RBI), where he was Managing Director for several lead-gen and performance marketing brands. With extensive experience of building and scaling sales and marketing operations within the space, Nick currently heads up the market research and consumer offers areas of the business. He holds a Master's degree in analytic and cognitive philosophy from the University of Nottingham.
Simon Venturi / Technical Director
Simon is a Technical Director and Co-Founder of MVF. A dedicated technologist, he ensures the smooth running of the Consumer Offers division and provides guidance throughout the tech team. Prior to MVF he was a senior developer at Moodia and has also worked in development teams at Marks & Spencer, Burston Marsteller and The London Stock Exchange amongst others. He holds a first class degree in Computer Science, Psychology and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Nottingham.
Titus Sharpe / CEO
Titus is CEO and Co-Founder of MVF, one the world's fastest growing customer acquisition firms. He has a passion for starting Internet companies and has had two successful exits thus far. Titus co-founded Approved Index in 2004, built it into the UK's largest B2B Lead Generation firm and then sold it to Reed Elsevier in 2008.
In 2001 Titus co-founded a Web Development agency called Moodia, specialising in website optimisation. The company was sold to Zone Content in 2009. Titus is also a Fulbright Scholar and holds a first class degree in Artificial Intelligence.
Tom Morgan / New Ventures Director
Tom is New Ventures Director and Co-Founder of MVF. He was previously Managing Director at several very fast growth Internet businesses including EDR, the UK's largest email agency and also Affiliate Future, a leading international Affiliate Network. Tom was part of the senior Management team at TMN Group that later became Progressive Digital Media Group Plc.
