MVF has once again gained the maximum accreditation of three stars from The Sunday Times Best Companies, meaning that MVF has been classified as an ‘Extraordinary’ place to work. Stars are awarded based on feedback from employees on a range of criteria from working environment, to management support to company benefits, and only the companies with the highest scores are awarded this special distinction.
MVF prides itself on its excellent employee benefits which range from free breakfast, free sports and games clubs, to regular socials and pub quizzes. This year the board went even further and took the whole company on a trip to Ibiza as a reward for hitting targets and was even branded a ‘perkplace’ by the Evening Standard.
CEO Titus Sharpe commented: “I am delighted that MVF has once again achieved the highest possible accreditation. We work hard to create an enjoyable working environment for our employees and to think of new incentives for all of their hard work. To be recognised for the second year running as one of the best employers in the UK is a great achievement for MVF.”
The Sunday Times Best Companies list is compiled annually and in addition to the star rating, each company is given a score based on how their employees rated their benefits. These scores dictate the list of the top 100 places to work which will be announced at awards ceremony in February. Last year MVF was ranked the 41st best place to work in the UK and in the top 20 places to work in London, but hope to beat this record this year.
