We are responsible for designing, optimising and maintaining MVF’s core websites to ensure our brands get maximum exposure in search and in the press. Our team is made up of specialists in technical SEO, PR, brand and video production who work collaboratively to create world-class brands that build us an authority in our niche markets.


We have in-depth understanding of audience behaviour and onsite interaction; our websites currently attract over 1 million unique organic monthly visitors. Our SEOs focus on optimising pages and implementing technical changes that will push our brands to the top of the search list.

In 2015 our SEO team won ‘Best SEO Campaign’ at the prestigious Drum Marketing awards for developing one of MVF’s most successful viral content projects to date. We are experts in content marketing and working with PR to create engaging world-class digital resources that help us attract well informed customers by tapping into the big issues in their relevant industries.


Our content always hits the headlines. We secure regular features in major national and international press titles including The Guardian, Wall Street Post, Forbes, The Daily Mail and USA Today garnering millions of online views and social shares every month.

We are responsible for positioning our brands and raising the profile of all of our sites, as well as helping the business to win much deserved awards.

In addition, we contribute to all corporate communications, video and copy across the entire business.


Our in-house video team has had a huge impact on the Publishing Team and helped MVF to produce highly shareable videos for media campaigns, websites and internal comms.

Combining both photography and video production, this team not only capture our content but help to direct, coordinate and project manage production across the entire business.

One of their most successful videos to date was US vs UK terminology, which gained 58.5k views, 88% engagement and a 33% play rate.


Our brand team oversees every aspect of brand identity across the entire business - from rebranding our websites to setting brand style guides to defining audiences and positioning.

Brand is a vital component to producing the best publishing sites and as MVF’s portfolio grows, this team will have big opportunities to expand.

Search Academy

For new grads, our Search Academy is a structured three week programme covering every aspect of organic search marketing and content creation. Academy members will get structured training and a fast track introduction to their role and to the wider business.
