Capify is one of the largest alternative finance providers in the world, with offices in UK, USA, Australia and Canada. It has a 13-year-history and a reputation as a market leader in the Alternative Finance Industry, providing business loans and merchant cash advances with transparency and responsibility.

The Challenge
Capify is an entrepreneurial, fast-growth company with a customer and technology focus. It re-branded in 2015 and has big ambitions. The marketing team had used “lead gen” companies in the past but due to performance issues required evidence that MVF would be different to help them grow revenue.

MVF Customer Generation Platform
MVF’s Customer Generation Platform was first tested by Capify in the UK. We quickly established a dialogue with Capify experts to tune platform performance. Regular calls with the marketing team found quick ways to optimise the operation, including modifying pre-screening questions as they search for an alternative finance solution.

Building from a small start we have increased qualified lead volumes to nearly 2,000 per month in the UK and have added Australia and USA. Leads are integrated directly into Capify’s instance of

MVF has become a critical partner for Capify, winning large numbers of new customers and entering new markets. The relationship is held at CMO and CEO level.
Capify has provided over £320 million of alternative funding to businesses and continues to win market share.
