Since 2001, Premium Numbers has been helping clients optimise their technological infrastructures, as a leading provider of telecommunications solutions in Spain. 

Challenge
Premium Numbers started working with MVF to increase sales and grow their business. In addition to this, the fit between companies had to be strong enough to guarantee quality and continuity in the long term.

MVF Partnership
MVF account managers have a close working relationship with the team at Premium Numbers, maintain a detailed understanding of their needs and adapt to any changes in customer generation requirements. As a data-driven company, the regular analysis and reports MVF conducts on all campaigns allows for continual optimisation. This analytical and data-centric approach has been a large contributing factor to the considerable increase in Premium Number’s sales facilitated by the partnership.    

Outcome
In the first month, MVF delivered almost 100 leads. This volume quadrupled in the months following, and within the first year around 3,000 leads were delivered. The increasing number of leads MVF has generated has helped the rapid growth of Premium Numbers across Spain. Sales increased by 40% in the first year, even with the impact of the pandemic, and are projected to grow a further 30% by the end of year two.

Since the beginning of the partnership, the Premium Numbers sales team has grown by up to 20%. They have opened offices in Asturias and Barcelona, in addition to upsizing their office space in Madrid.

The main objective of the MVF and Premium Numbers partnership is to continue to deliver increased sales, helping them to grow their sales team even more and open more locations nationwide.
