Last night MVF was once again listed in the top 10 places to work in the UK in the Sunday Times Best Companies List and was the highest ranked business in London and the best marketing company overall.
The list, which ranks the best 100 mid-sized companies, is voted for by staff, who anonymously score their employers based on a number of metrics from work life balance to salary. MVF, which champions reasonable working hours and offers many flexible working options, also came first for employees not feeling tired and second for wellbeing.
CEO Titus Sharpe also got a vote of approval from staff, with 84% saying the business is run on moral principles and 89% saying the business has a strong social conscience.
Chief People Officer, Andrea Pattico comments: “MVF has grown rapidly over the last year with staff numbers growing by over 100 in the UK office. Achieving a top ten position for the third year running is a real accomplishment and proves that we have managed to retain our unique company culture as we grow. We have a lot of new initiatives kicking off this year to raise engagement, support employee development and help our teams to grow, so we hope to maintain our spot or do even better next year!”
MVF has a host of roles open at the moment, for a full list and a chance to apply
