MVF Named an ‘Extraordinary’ Place to Work by the Sunday Times Best Companies 2017

MVF has once again been awarded three stars from The Sunday Times Best Companies list for 2017.

It is the fourth consecutive year that MVF has received the maximum accreditation from the Best Companies group making it an ‘extraordinary’ employer. The scores are based on employee feedback and covers everything from wellbeing to management.

Last year, MVF entered the Mid-size category for the first time and scooped 4th place beating big brand heavyweights including Skyscanner, Toyota GB and Pandora Jewellery. The business was recognised for having excellent leadership, a vision all employees believe they can contribute to and a strong social conscience.

Ange Pattico, MVF’s Chief People Officer comments: “I am absolutely thrilled that MVF has been recognised as an exceptional company to work for. The business has seen a lot of changes over the past two years but maintaining a positive and inspiring culture has been our top priority because we know that our success is down to the hard work and commitment of our colleagues. We have ambitious growth plans for the future and investing in the development and wellbeing of our people is fundamental to our strategy.”

The official list will be announced at a glamorous ceremony in February 2017. 2017 is set to be another exciting year for MVF as the business continues to expand its overseas activities, grow teams in both its UK and US offices and attend a companywide trip to Ibiza for smashing 2016 targets.
