MVF CEO Titus Sharpe has been shortlisted for ‘CEO of the Year’ at the UK Private Business Awards 2016, making it into the list of just six entrants in the running for the prize. The awards attracted more applicants than ever, with 2,200 companies submitting for categories.
The Private Business Awards, sponsored by PwC, are open to any privately held UK business. The CEO of the Year category looks for someone who is not only a successful business leader, but also has a strong vision for the company and inspires the people who work within their business. Titus certainly fits the bill, with a 100% approval rating on anonymous employee rating site Glassdoor and an incredible record for growth over the past seven years.
Under Titus’s guidance MVF has transitioned from dynamic startup to established international business, working across 120 countries and servicing some of the world's leading corporations. Last year new offices were launched in Austin Texas, and there are big plans for further growth and expansion in the coming year.
Recently, Titus organised MVF’s own festival in the woods for the entire company as a reward for good performance. Titus believes in putting staff wellbeing and company culture at the top of the business agenda, resulting in MVF being ranked as the top 4 place to work in the UK in the Sunday Times Best Companies List.
The winners will be announced at an awards dinner on 15th September - fingers crossed!
