MVF’s People team has been shortlisted for an incredible three categories in the 2018 Employee Experience Awards. The company’s Chief People Officer, Andrea Pattico, has also been named as a finalist in the ‘Leadership in Employee Experience’ category.
Up for awards in ‘Learning & Development’, ‘Innovation in Recruitment’ and ‘Team of the Year’, MVF’s People team have had a momentous year delivering some incredible programmes, including a bespoke Management Development Academy that received accreditation from the UK’s Institute of Leadership and Management.
These initiatives and more have been driven by CPO Andrea, who has had a massive impact on MVF’s recruitment, development and employee experience since she joined the company in 2016.

The Employee Experience Awards winners will be announced at a ceremony held in London on 17 May 2018.
