MVF’s UX team has been named as a finalist in the esteemed User Experience UK Awards for their work on MVF’s Client Portal, a project which was undertaken in the last year which saw the team build a new bespoke customer login platform for clients.
The User Experience UK Awards recognise excellence in user-focused digital design, celebrating innovative UX from organisations based in the UK. MVF joins Easyjet, Just Eat, Revolut and Metro Bank as finalists in the awards programme; with winners announced across 11 categories on 9 November 2017.
MVF’s UX team were tasked with improving the overall experience for all users of our Client Portal - our bespoke CRM system which puts our clients’ lead information information securely in one place for easy analysis and real time reporting.
The UX team collaborated with our customer service and sales teams, as well as clients using the portal, to identify areas where the portal could add value, save time and adapt to user needs throughout the entire lead journey.
MVF Head of UX Kieron Woodhouse comments: “Earlier this year the UX team transformed MVF’s Client Portal into a product that was centred around what the user really required out of the platform. By implementing several innovative new features we enabled each user to access the right information in the right place at the right time; creating added value for our internal teams and our clients. It’s fantastic to have our teams’ hard work in building a truly world class platform recognised by the prestigious UX UK Awards”.
