The trade marketing team is unique at MVF. While all other marketing teams in the business conduct marketing activities on behalf of clients brands, our role is to find the new clients that are going to fuel the next chapter of MVF’s growth.
We tend to place data insight and quality content at the heart of our operations. But, as we enjoy a flexible brief, we’re eager to experiment with new ideas and new ways of working.
You’ll be in a great position to make a big impact right from the off. The fact we’re a small team means a willingness to contribute across all our activities is essential. A positive problem-solving attitude is crucial, as is attention to detail, and an interest in commercially-focused marketing, business and growth.
You will have specific responsibility for campaign set up, management and reporting, which means experience in areas such as email marketing, marketing automation, social media, analytics and content creation would all be a big plus.

What Success Looks Like
We are in the process of scaling up MVF’s trade marketing activity. Success in this role means making a significant contribution towards enabling us to increase campaign volume and success.
We deliver against many marketing, team and individual KPIs, but always with a primary focus on our contributions towards revenue and GP.
