Due to Increased client demand, MVF is recruiting a number of Customer Generation Executives to provide a “bank” of Casual Workers in our world class Contact Centre. This opportunity is perfect, if you are looking for work that gives you lots of flexibility to fit around your other commitments!
How it works:
You will share the days that you can work, and we will only allocate shifts on the days you are available. This means you will only work on the days that work for you!
The Contact Centre is open from 8am- 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-6pm on Saturdays and Sundays. You could be offered shifts across our opening hours.
You will earn £9.90 plus holiday pay for every hour that you work. On top of this you will also earn commission. Our top earners can make £10 per hour commission based on the volume of calls made, the quality of those calls and the revenue generated.
The role you’ll be doing:
As a Customer Generation Executive, you will be responsible for calling prospective customers- or as we call them ‘prospects.’ We do not cold call as all prospects have given us their information seeking a price comparison on one of our websites, we simply call them to confirm all details of their details. You will build rapport over the telephone with ease, empathise with our prospects situation and record all necessary details quickly and concisely. Once we have this information, we pass it to our clients as a ‘sales ready’ lead. You will typically be dialling 45 times an hour, aiming to qualify everyone that you speak to.
Our Casual Worker Roles are suit people with other commitments, those who are studying or running a successful side gig.
Ideally you will have worked in a sales or customer service role, preferably on the telephone, where you have been responsible for speaking to a high volume of customers.
We use bespoke systems so we will give you all of the tools and training you need to be successful.
What’s on offer:
This role is offered on a casual worker contract basis. We will schedule shifts based on our operational requirements, meaning that MVF is not under any obligation to offer you work. However, if MVF offers you work, you are not obliged to accept it. This means you can schedule your work around your other commitments.
You will be paid at an hourly rate of £9.90 plus holiday pay and commission based on your performance.
