
Paid Social Principal
Johnny is our in-house Paid Social Principal. Johnny joined MVF in 2014 and has been key to building internal expertise to scale and innovate across Meta platforms, TikTok and LinkedIn. His team regularly produce externally facing case studies with Meta, as well as collaborate with each Social partner to improve the advertiser experience through live streams & workshops.

Director of Marketing Innovation
Becky is Director of Marketing Innovation, responsible for launching and scaling emerging channels. She built and now runs MVF’s in-house creative capability, powering the production of over 10,000 high-performing ad creatives per month across over 200 verticals and 40 marketing channels. Her teams have been recognised with multiple awards such as Best Use of Linkedin and Best Use of Video in the UK’s Paid Media Awards.

Head of Data
Adam joined in April 2024 as Head of Data. Prior to joining, Adam was Head of Data at FARFETCH, and has a background working in technology startups, data consulting and strategy consulting.

Chief Product & Operations Officer
Kate Thomas is the Chief Product & Operations Officer at MVF, leading the Product and Data teams to unite commercial and technical efforts to innovate with customer data. Since joining MVF in 2013 as a Strategy Analyst, Kate advanced to Group Marketing Operations Director, focusing on category growth and client success. Previously, she worked in sales for a B2B events company. She is an OCM-accredited coach with expertise in strategic planning and cross-functional leadership.

Director of Brands
Matthew joined MVF in 2021 as Managing Director for MVF’s owned and operated brands. Previously he was Managing Director of Hitched, the UK’s largest wedding marketplace, which he led for five years before a successful sale to The Knot Worldwide. Matthew has worked in digital strategy and publishing roles for some of the UK’s best-known media brands at Haymarket, VNU, IPC Media and Immediate Media.

Director of Customer Engagement
James joined MVF in 2012 and was appointed Managing Director of Customer Engagement in 2022, a division that drives repeat engagement and greater lifetime value from MVF’s first-party customer base. James has led the integration of acquired businesses, creating new revenue streams for MVF, and now runs the B2B Newsletter division serving decision markers in the logistics, hospitality, healthcare and professional services sectors.

Director of Paid Marketing
Tom is MVF’s Paid Marketing Director, overseeing $100m annually on media. Tom joined MVF in 2012 as part of the Marketing Team. After working through 6 distinct roles in many parts of the business from sending email marketing campaigns, establishing MVF’s Conversion Rate Optimisation team as well as a stint as Operations Director.

Sales Director, B2C
David was appointed Global B2C Sales Director in 2022. Prior to MVF, David trained in Technology Transformation Sales at IBM and ran a business focused at improving young people’s routes into employment through apprenticeships, placements and graduate schemes.

Commercial Director, B2C RoW
Luke has been Commercial Director for the B2C Division since 2022 leading Sales, Operations, CRM and Marketing specialists. He joined MVF in 2019 as Head of Native Advertising and prior to MVF, he has worked in organisation across in affiliate, email and paid media.

Commercial Director, B2C US
Madelaine was appointed Commercial Director for B2B US in 2024. She joined MVF in 2016 in the Marketing team focussed on email marketing before leading the US Marketing Operations function in 2020. As an accredited OCM coach, Madelaine has expertise in building and developing teams across business functions, strategic planning, and performance marketing.

Sales Director, B2B
Samairah was appointed B2B Global Sales Director in 2021. She joined MVF in 2011, having held revenue-generating roles across the business. With over 13 years of expertise in lead generation, Samairah was recognised in Management Today’s Inspiring Women list in 2020 and nominated as “Best European Sales Director” by WISA in 2017. As an accredited OCM coach, she is dedicated to driving sales excellence and fostering a high-performance culture within MVF.

Commercial Director, B2B RoW
Joe took on the role of Commercial Director for B2B Rest of World in September 2023, leading and overseeing the team and strategy for all of MVF’s B2B activity outside of the US. He joined MVF in 2017 as part of the Marketing Operations team, from MARS, where he worked across different departments including brand marketing and supply chain logistics.

MD, B2B
Thomaz is Managing Director of our B2B Division. Thomaz joined MVF in 2012 and has worked on across the Marketing teams, building scaling our Paid Search and Marketing Operations functions. Under his leadership, the team has over doubled the Americas business in spite of the challenges of the pandemic and economic downturn, and they have continued to build out our Austin office, to enable even better service for our American clients.

General Counsel
Kristin joined MVF as General Counsel in 2024, heading up the legal and compliance functions. She joined following various legal leadership roles in the telecommunications and data analytics industries. Kristin is a dual qualified lawyer in New York and England & Wales and trained as a corporate lawyer at Weil, Gotshal & Manges.

Chief of Staff
Zippy joined in 2024 as Chief of Staff, with a focus on strategic and operational projects across MVF.
Prior to joining, Zippy held the position of Chief of Staff at a private equity backed digital marketplace and trained as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture, specialising in digital marketing and ecommerce.

Director of FP&A and Corporate Development
Akshay is Director of FP&A and Corporate Development at MVF. Prior to joining MVF, Akshay led Corporate Development at the FTSE 250 company Future plc, where he was responsible for acquisitions, disposals and integrations. He has successfully completed over 20 transactions across B2C and B2B media and marketing.
Earlier in his career, Akshay held investment banking positions at Morgan Stanley and Lazard, where he worked with a range of blue-chip and growth companies on M&A and capital markets transactions.

General Counsel

Hugh is the Chief People Officer of MVF.
Previously Head of HR for Publicis Media UK based in London, partnering the CEO for the media practice agencies within the Publicis Groupe world, looking after a headcount of 2100+. Before that he was heading up HR for many of Publicis’ creative agencies in Australia.
Passionate about attracting, developing and retaining top talent through collaboration, inclusivity and innovation.
Hugh’s career background has made him very commercial while his personal background brings creativity to the role.

Directora Ejecutiva
David is the Chief Executive Officer of MVF, setting and delivering the company’s strategy. David has over 16 years’ experience in lead generation. Before joining MVF he was General Manager at sector-leading B2B brand Approved Index, which was acquired by MVF in 2013.
In his previous position as Group Chief Commercial Officer, MD of MVF’s B2B division, David facilitated a number of acquisitions and brand integrations as well as overseeing international expansion and US growth.

Chief Commercial Officer - B2C

CEO MVF Global

Previously Elizabeth was the Group Managing Director of Hyve plc, a
FTSE-listed global organiser of trade shows and B2B virtual events. At Hyve, she ran the largest division, spanning sectors from EdTech to Ecommerce to FoodTech as well as overseeing product development and digital strategy across the company.
