CPO nommé finaliste aux Digital Masters Awards
MVF’s Chief People Officer Andrea Pattico has been named as a finalist in the 2018 Digital Masters Excellence Awards in the People and Talent category.
Ange is being recognised for the staggering portfolio of initiatives she launched across MVF in 2017 as she supported the company’s growth to hit a 400 global headcount milestone. In just twelve months, Ange designed and launched a massively improved onboarding programme, our week-long Start Smart course; designed and launched a six-month Management Development Academy, which has already been accredited with the UK’s Institute for Leadership and Management; and built an incredible People team.
Earlier this month MVF’s People team won the award for Innovative Recruitment and Onboarding at the Employee Experience Awards, where Ange was also named the winner of the Leadership in Employee Experience category.
Winners of the Digital Masters awards will be announced on 26 June at a London awards ceremony.
