People Team récompensée pour l’expérience employé
MVF’s People team have brought home two awards from the 2018 Employee Experience Awards, winning two of the four categories they were shortlisted in.
Showcasing their impressive strategy to attract and onboard talent after hiring more than 200 roles in 2017, the team was awarded the top prize for ‘Innovation in Recruitment’.
MVF Chief People Officer Andrea Pattico was named the winner in the ‘Leadership in Employee Experience’ category, with judges praising the authenticity of her presentation and her clear passion for her role.
The MVF People team was also awarded ‘bronze’ in the Team of the Year category.
MVF co-founder and Director Jules Hopkinson commented: “I am so proud of our People team for achieving these incredible accolades but also, and more importantly, the outstanding work these awards represent. This passionate team has delivered some amazing results over the past twelve months and it’s great to see this recognised by the Employee Experience Awards.”
