MVF Ranks Second on Best Companies to Work For in UK List

The Sunday Times Best Companies has named MVF as the 2nd best place to work in the United Kingdom, and the top place to work in London.

MVF has ranked on the list every year since first entering in 2013, achieving a prestigious spot in the top ten for the past four years running.

The awards were based on employee feedback across 8 factors of workplace engagement including wellbeing, leadership and relationships with managing staff, with employee satisfaction at MVF ranking highly across all metrics.

Offering perks like free healthy breakfasts, annual company-wide incentive trips and social clubs encompassing everything from personal training and yoga to choir and book club, MVF topped the list for Wellbeing. The company also took top spot as the place where employees feel ‘Least Tired’ and was recognised for its ‘Inspiring Leadership’, ‘Great Training’ and ‘Fair Pay’.

MVF has been classified as an ‘extraordinary’ workplace by The Sunday Times Best Companies since first entering the list in 2013.

MVF Talent Engagement Director Amanda Nuttall said, “MVF has grown and changed so much over the past five years, and it is testament to the work our leaders put into building our strong culture that we continue to be listed as an extraordinary place to work, year after year.”

Since first making the list MVF has proven not just to be one of the best places to work, but also to be one of the UK’s fastest growing companies – more than tripling in size from 150 to more than 450 employees over the five year period.

MVF CEO Michael Teixeira commented: “Even though we now employ almost 450 team members, MVF has been able to keep the electric air of a startup, with everyone in the company working together to achieve our goals. We strive to offer our team members the best possible working environment, and I am proud to see these efforts recognised by our employees through this award.”
