L'équipe CRM de MVF a décroché une grande distinction aux Marketing and PR Brilliance Awards, remportant le prix de Brilliance in Cutting Edge Thinking.
This top recognition was awarded for their ‘power of three’ campaign, a strategy which combined in-depth customer analysis with psychological theory, using persuasion theories to make their email content more compelling. They achieved an uplift in their click through rate of over 40% resulting in the team beating their GP target by 43%.
The CRM team, who were also recently crowned ‘best team’ at the hotly contested MVF Awards, send 80 million emails every month. Over the past year the team has added 9 new hires, growing to 16 members.
This particular accolade is a judge’s choice award and MVF were hand picked as the team that showed the most innovation and original thinking.
